Dude, we’re getting the band back together!
Or maybe you’re just getting one together, or trying to get exposure for your group that has always been together! Whatever the status of your band, get it on down to ChanJam ’11 on Friday, November 18. And friends, family, music-lovers, come cheer them on and support some upcoming talent.

The City of Chanhassen is looking for local bands comprised of students from one of three area public high schools, Chanhassen High School, Chaska High School, or Minnetonka High School, to compete in a musical showcase of ten local bands.
Bands will perform in front of a live audience for a chance to play future concerts. Winning bands will be judged on stage presence, musicianship, vocals, and audience reaction. Gotta keep it clean, though. It's a family event. Save the displays of offensive language, rude behavior, and anarchy for college.
Potential prizes include trophies, recording studio time, a gig at the Minnesota State Fair, guitar camp scholarships, and opportunities to play at the 2012 Chanhassen 4thof July Celebration.
