Day 7: Bike the Midtown Greenway

The Midtown Greenway is a 5.5-mile bike path built on a former railroad corridor that connects with trails along the Mississippi River and runs parallel to Lake Street all the way to the west suburbs. Due to its unique location, it is completely separate from the street grid, which makes it traffic-safe. You're free to ride without any stress from traffic or pedestrians. With fair skies and nice, but slightly cool temperatures today, it would be a great afternoon or evening to hit the Greenway!
